Welcome to the home of Turtle Bay resort, a small and exclusive development of luxurious tropical cottages, scattered amongst the beautiful lush landscaping, overlooking our stunning, secluded and idyllic white sand beach.

Situated on the reef-protected north shore of Grand Cayman, we are lucky enough to have secured 1.5 acres of property, with 150 feet of pure white sand beach. One of the most wonderful aspects of the property is its beauty and wildlife, with its untouched woodland, spectacular trees, abundant wildlife on our live reef and turtle nesting on our beach.

As custodians of this wonderful property it is very important to us that the resort is developed in an eco-friendly and responsible manner, in keeping with the wonderful culture of Northside.

This part of our island is arguably the most beautiful and still offers the real Caribbean lifestyle without high rise building,
fast food outlets and heavy traffic. The residents are warm and welcoming and most Northsiders still leave their doors unlocked, such is the low level of crime.

Although as yet incomplete, this website is evolving along with the development of the properties and land.
We felt it was important to introduce our concept during the design phase, as soon as possible, so that you can have your say in what you would like to see and to introduce our breathtaking property in all its natural glory, something we aim to maintain and enhance with our sympathetic and environmentally aware development.
